What are the Terms of Payment?
Normally we would ask for an advance payment or a Letter of Credit
at sight. From time to time for our subsequent business dealings,
we would reach a suitable term of payment.
How fast are your shipment
/ deliveries?
We ship products within 8 weeks. Upon request we are in a position
to ship products within 4 weeks. If it is a private label we need
additional 2 weeks on hand.
Do you have necessary international
certifications?
Yes. We were the first ISO 9002 and CE marked company in India.
Recently we have got ISO 9001 : 2000. We are also registered with
FDA. We are also registered with various governments around the
world.
Can you provide us necessary
documents for registration?
Yes, we can provide you. Please let us have your list of documents
so that we can send the same to you. We are experienced, as we have
sent various documents for registration to various countries. You
would be requested to specify documents which need Legalization
/ Notarization/ stamping.

What type of sterilization do you use?
We get the goods sterilized by Gamma Irradiation. We do not do ETO
sterilization.
Can you do the private label “OEM’?
Yes, we can do private label, we would be pleased to do for any
company provided, we have a minimum quantity of order or alternatively
deposit which would be adjusted in your supplies. We would request
you to send us your artwork in films or it would be sent to us through
e-mail (Preferably Corel Draw 8 or later) or CD.
Can you make new blades / new sizes / special
blades upon requests?
Yes, we can produce new blades, new sizes and special blades. We
would require your samples and drawings with the quantity you need.
You are also requested to give us the target price which you want
so that we could calculate the sale price. We may also require development
depending on the product.
